Barong and Keris Dance


Barong and Keris Dance located at Batubulan village. A Barong ( a mythological animal ) represent good spirit, and Randa ( a mythological monster ) represent evil one. The Barong play represent an eternal fight between good and evil spirit. The performance start at 09.30 am and finish at 10.30 am,  with entrance ticket USD $ 10 / Person.

First we offer you to see Barong and Keris Dance, The traditional Dance and music, ( ticket $ 10 USD per person ). From there your tour will include a visit to a artisan village :

  •  Tohpati, the hand made batik centre,
  •  Celuk, the gold and silver smith,
  •  Batuan , visiting the talented painters,
  •  Mas Village, the community of the wood carvers.

It is not just for shopping, as you can see how the local items are made.


On the way to Goa Gajah Temple, we will stop at Tegenungan Waterfall.The next stop we will visit the Goa Gajah Temple ( Elephant Cave Temple ) But no Elephant at this tample. As this tample you can see the old cave with Ganesa statue inside. With nice view surrounding. The last stop we will visit Ubud Monkey Forest, ( Tips ; when you visit the monkey forest, do not put your hand in the pocket, do not bring plastic bag, because monkeys think any food inside. )
